A website without tracking

This website sets no cookies and does not use local storage, analytics, advertising trackers, fingerprinting, or third-party embeds. Fonts, styles, and images are served from the same server as the pages. Changing language uses a different URL; it does not store a preference on your device. There is no contact form, visitor account, or newsletter.

Technical operation

To deliver a page, the server necessarily processes your IP address and the HTTP request, including the requested URL and information your browser sends. The website’s own access logging is disabled. These requests are not used to build visitor profiles.

Hosting and infrastructure security services can also process connection metadata to deliver and protect the website. Security components may record information about errors or suspected attacks. Such information is used only to operate the service or investigate incidents, not for marketing. Incident information is retained only for the time needed to resolve the incident or comply with applicable obligations.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in providing a reliable, secure website with minimal collection of personal data. Technical connection data is necessary to deliver the pages.

Hosting and email provider

The website and email services are hosted by Hosting-Fuchs.de, operated by Julian Fegert, Montessoriweg 11, 71634 Ludwigsburg, Germany. The provider can process technical connection data and, for email delivery and storage, the content and metadata of correspondence as needed to provide these services.

Email contact

Clicking an email link opens your email application. Data is sent only when you send an email. I process the details you provide, your email address, and correspondence to answer your request. Hosting and email service providers may process data as needed to operate these services.

For enquiries about an engagement, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps before entering into a contract). For other correspondence, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry). Correspondence is retained only as long as needed for the request or engagement, except where statutory retention obligations apply. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Your rights

Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, on grounds relating to your particular situation. Contact me using the email address above.

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision.

Automated decisions and external links

I do not use website visitor data for automated decision-making or profiling. External websites linked from these pages are responsible for their own processing when you visit them.
